Here’s the Mothers Matter Centre’s guide on daily self care for mothers. Each package includes 15 minutes of activities a day that are split into three segments of 5 minutes. They focus on health, beauty, and emotional care. Activities are simple and use objects and materials already available in the home. They encourage the busy, multi-tasking mom to take a few minutes to rejuvenate, refresh, and reset. A new package will be released every week.
