The Men Like Me program aims to empower refugee and immigrant fathers through a peer-led model to foster healthy mindsets and promote positive masculinities.

The Men Like Me program, in partnership with White Ribbon, aims to empower refugee and immigrant men and boys, promoting positive masculinities and fostering allies in the effort to prevent and combat Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in their communities.
From 2024 to 2026, the program will support two cohorts of refugee and immigrant fathers to engage actively with their families and communities. Each cohort will run over 30 weeks.
Includes

Use 10 father-led activity packages to engage their children for a stronger parent-child bond.

Follow 10 male allyship guides to model positive masculinities, foster healthy mindsets, and step up as allies to prevent and end GBV in their homes and communities.

Attend 10 community engagement sessions to connect with peers.

Join 10 national webinars to share good practices and knowledge dissemination on GBV prevention and mental health awareness.
